This All-Star Game marks the first time since the launch of professional volleyball that the event is being held in a region without a home club. It is expected to infuse Chuncheon's winter with the excitement of sports.

The Korea Volleyball Federation (KOVO, President Cho Won-tae) will host the Jin Air 2025~2026 V-League All-Star Game at Hoban Gymnasium on the 25th. Tickets will be available for purchase starting at 2 p.m. on the 15th through the KOVO website (kovo.co.kr) and the official application. Ticket prices range from 30,000 won to 60,000 won, depending on the seat. On the day of the All-Star Game, tickets for seats with obstructed views, seats in front of railings, and tickets canceled online will be sold on-site starting at noon.

For the convenience of spectators, a shuttle bus will operate between Namchuncheon Station and Hoban Gymnasium. Buses from Namchuncheon Station to Hoban Gymnasium will run every 15 minutes from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m., and after the game, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., buses will run every 15 minutes from Hoban Gymnasium back to Namchuncheon Station.

The All-Star Game will feature 40 male and female players selected through fan voting, team nominations, media, and recommendations from a special committee. Top league players, including Shin Youngseok (Korea Electric Power Corporation), who ranked first in the men's fan vote, and Kim Dain (Hyundai Engineering & Construction), who ranked first in the women's fan vote, are expected to visit Chuncheon.

Meanwhile, as the current V-League season has passed its midpoint, the number of spectators in the first half of the season increased by 7.7% compared to the previous year. The men's division saw a 10.65% increase, and the women's division achieved its highest-ever first-half viewership rating. Since tickets for the previous All-Star Game sold out within two minutes of sales opening, competition for tickets to this Chuncheon All-Star Game is also expected to be intense.

A Chuncheon City official stated, "As this is the first time the professional volleyball All-Star Game is being held in a region without a home club, it will be a meaningful sports festival for both citizens and fans," adding, "We will do our utmost to ensure smooth viewing and transportation by thoroughly managing traffic and safety."
