Innotium, a company specializing in intelligent data security and AI transformation, has introduced an "Enterprise Personal Information Lifecycle Security Management Platform" that enables integrated management of personal information scattered within an organization throughout its entire lifecycle, from creation to disposal.

According to Innotium on January 10, the company officially launched the "Inno Smart Platform Privacy" and announced plans to actively target the market, focusing on the financial, public, and large enterprise sectors. The core of this platform is its ability to systematically manage personal information distributed across the organization and control it even after it is provided externally, all within a single security platform.

Until now, personal information protection has focused on preventing leaks in specific segments by combining individual solutions. However, in reality, personal information risks arise across internal systems and work processes, and company-wide management systems for tracking where personal information is generated, how it is used, stored, and disposed of have been insufficient.

Innotium explained that to overcome these limitations, it has shifted its approach to personal information protection from "fragmented protection technologies" to "enterprise-wide personal information lifecycle management." The platform connects enterprise data around personal information objects, providing features such as automatic identification and classification, purpose- and activity-based internal usage control, retention period management and automatic disposal, and control over access periods, usage history, and remote disposal after external provision.

Additionally, it supports the establishment of company-wide personal information governance by providing a single console for personal information flow maps, retention status, risk dashboards, and regulatory compliance reports such as ISMS-P.

Kim Jongpil, Co-CEO of Innotium, stated, "Personal information security should not remain an area that only responds after incidents occur. Our goal is to establish an internal and external personal information lifecycle management system from an enterprise-wide perspective and realize proactive security governance."

Innotium plans to gradually enhance its platform with AI-based personal information risk prediction, enterprise data flow analysis, and personal information indicators linked to management risks, aiming to become an integrated platform company that encompasses both data security and personal information governance.
