Lucevita Healthcare to Open Large-Scale K-Medical Center in April

Establishing a Large-Scale Medical Complex Integrating K-Clinic and Wellness in Huangshan, China

Lucevita Healthcare to Open Large-Scale K-Medical Center in April

Global beauty and healthcare company Lucevita Healthcare is establishing a large-scale K-medical hub in Huangshan, one of China's premier tourist destinations, as it sets out to target the Chinese medical tourism market.

Lucevita Healthcare announced that, in partnership with MediShift and Huangshan Huatai Zhongxi Hospital (hereafter referred to as Huangshan Huatai General Hospital), it will open a medical wellness center in Huangshan, including "Huangshan Huatai General Hospital by Lucevita."

This project combines the geographical advantages of Huangshan-recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage site and attracting over 100 million tourists annually-with Korea's advanced medical technologies. With the Chinese government recently ramping up efforts to attract medical tourists, this initiative, which incorporates a K-clinic model, is expected to play a pivotal role.

The newly established center will consist of a "VIP Clinic Center" covering 3,300 square meters within the hospital and a "Huangshan Huatai General Hospital Healing Center" spanning 6,600 square meters.

The "VIP Clinic Center," located inside the hospital, will offer premium medical services including dermatology, plastic surgery, wellness (anti-aging), and stem cell treatments. By combining the brand operation expertise, marketing, and medical technology of Lucevita Healthcare and MediShift, the center aims to provide high-quality K-medical services not only to local Chinese patients but also to global tourists visiting Huangshan.

The "Huangshan Huatai General Hospital Healing Center," scheduled to open in March, will be operated as a premium after-care space for VIP customers who have used medical services. It is designed to allow clients to recover in a comfortable environment, away from public view, after their procedures. The center will offer a VIP membership service targeting tourists and high-net-worth individuals (HNW), with plans to provide "total life care" that goes beyond simple treatment.

For this project, Lucevita Healthcare and MediShift will be responsible for marketing, medical staff training and system implementation, and overall operations. Huangshan Huatai Hospital will provide medical facilities and local infrastructure, maximizing synergy by leveraging the strengths of all three partners.

Huangshan Huatai Hospital is scheduled to be upgraded to a Grade 3 hospital (the highest-level general hospital) by 2027, and as a core hub of Huangshan's Big Health industry, the participating companies plan to develop the hospital into the central K-clinic in China.

Kim Younggui, Director of Huangshan Huatai Zhongxi Hospital, stated, "The combination of China's rich traditional medicine heritage and Korea's sophisticated modern medical beauty technology will create an unprecedented, innovative model. Through this collaboration, we aim to establish Huangshan as a global medical wellness landmark that offers the best in healing and beauty to tourists from around the world."

A Lucevita Healthcare representative commented, "Huangshan is evolving beyond a simple tourist destination to become a global wellness hub that combines healing and medicine. By leveraging K-beauty and medical technology, we intend to lead the premium anti-aging market in China."
