Public Home Shopping Holds Consumer-Centered Management Re-Certification Resolution Ceremony

Public Home Shopping announced on January 9 that it held the 'Consumer-Centered Management (CCM) Re-Certification Resolution Ceremony' at its headquarters in Sangam-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul.

Consumer-Centered Management (CCM) is a system that evaluates whether a company organizes all its activities around consumers and continuously improves them. The certification is granted by the Fair Trade Commission and reviewed and operated by the Korea Consumer Agency, with a validity period of three years. Public Home Shopping first obtained this certification in 2019 and was re-certified for the third consecutive time in 2023.

During the resolution ceremony, executives and employees of Public Home Shopping pledged to establish ongoing consumer-centered management through the 'CCM Practice Oath.' As a public home shopping channel, the company aims to become the most trusted public distribution platform for the people.

Youngjoo Kim, Co-CEO of Public Home Shopping, stated, "We must prioritize consumers as the highest value throughout the entire process, from product quality management to customer service and after-sales support," adding, "We will strive to strengthen consumer-centered management and establish ourselves as an institution that sets the standard for public distribution."
