Consultations on Administration, Legal Matters, and Finance Provided at Alcheon Hall, City Hall
Gyeongju City, in cooperation with the Anti-Corruption and Civil Rights Commission, will operate the on-site civil complaint consultation system called "Mobile National Sinmungo" for local residents at the Alcheon Hall in Gyeongju City Hall on February 4, 2026.
"Mobile National Sinmungo" is a traveling civil complaint consultation system in which investigators from the Anti-Corruption and Civil Rights Commission visit local communities in person to listen to residents' everyday grievances and inconveniences, and seek solutions.
The program provides broad support, not only for issues related to central government ministries, local governments, and public institutions that are difficult to resolve, but also for various suggestions and legal consultations.
This consultation service is available to those who apply in advance, and even after completing the application, participants must visit the site in person on the day of the consultation to receive assistance.
Additionally, residents who did not apply in advance can still receive consultations by visiting the site on the day of the event.
The consultation covers all administrative areas, as well as civil and criminal legal advice, everyday legal matters, support for financial services for low-income citizens, consumer damage relief, and cadastral disputes. Anyone can participate without any special qualifications.
However, consultations will be temporarily suspended during the lunch break.
Gyeongju City plans to use this "Mobile National Sinmungo" initiative to resolve residents' grievances more quickly and effectively, and to strengthen citizen-centered open administration.
For more detailed information regarding the consultation, please contact the Integrity Auditor at Gyeongju City.
Meanwhile, the Anti-Corruption and Civil Rights Commission is a government agency responsible for handling grievance complaints, preventing corruption, and administrative appeals, and operates various systems to protect citizens' rights and ensure fair administration.
