In her New Year's address to all employees that day, CEO Shin said, "The brand portfolio restructuring and bold business reorganization we implemented last year were inevitable choices," adding, "These changes will serve as the foundation for a leap in performance this year."

For this year's strategy, CEO Shin presented the acceleration of core brand competitiveness, expansion of a global commerce-based growth model, and maximizing execution-driven organizational management.

First, the brand 'Missha' will strengthen its identity as a hybrid beauty brand that breaks the boundaries between skincare and makeup, with BB cream as its main category. The plan is to expand the portfolio to include high-performance skincare and a wide range of makeup products. 'A'PIEU' will enhance the competitiveness of its hair care line, centered on hair vinegar, to solidify its position as a leading K-hair care brand.

In the global market, the company will spread its proven success models, centered on TikTok Shop and Amazon, to other countries and brands. Based on the brand awareness built online, the company aims to expand its presence in major retail channels worldwide.

In terms of organizational management, a performance-oriented execution culture will be established. In particular, the company plans to actively introduce artificial intelligence (AI) across all work processes to maximize productivity.

CEO Shin encouraged, "Now is the time to complete these changes through results and market evaluation," and added, "Let us all apply a higher standard so that each individual's execution leads to collective achievements as one organization."
