Hanssem CEO Yujin Kim: "We Must Restore Our Core Competitiveness Through Organizational Reform"

Mid- to Long-Term Vision Announced in 2026 New Year's Address
Agenda Includes Improving Work Efficiency and Digital Transformation
"Leading the Market by Responding to Changing Conditions"

Hanssem is taking steps to improve work efficiency. The company plans to boldly reduce tasks that are ineffective or have continued out of inertia, while accelerating decision-making and execution in order to regain competitiveness in a stagnant market.

On January 9, Yujin Kim, CEO of Hanssem, stated in her New Year’s address, “Rather than being fixated on short-term results, all executives and employees have continuously asked themselves, ‘What kind of company should Hanssem become?’ and have set the company’s mid- to long-term direction together.” She also announced a vision to become “the one and only space solution company that delivers confidence and inspiration in every customer experience” by 2030.

She also presented the 2026 organizational management agenda to achieve this vision. First, Hanssem will boldly reduce work with low effectiveness and tasks that have continued out of inertia by managing resources efficiently. The goal is to enhance both corporate and individual performance. To improve work efficiency, the company will expand the use of digital technologies, review the importance of each task and the decision-making process to respond swiftly to the changing market, and further increase work speed.

Kim said, “Rather than waiting passively for the market environment to turn in our favor, we must restore Hanssem’s inherent competitiveness and lead the market by improving our corporate structure and work methods. Challenging market conditions are an opportunity to further enhance our competitiveness based on Hanssem’s long-accumulated experience and capabilities. If all executives and employees unite in one direction, our vision will surely become reality.”
