Resolution for Integrity Adopted at Directors’ Meeting
Gwangjin District in Seoul (Mayor Kim Kyungho) has received a first-grade rating for three consecutive years in the 2025 Comprehensive Integrity Assessment of Public Institutions, organized by the Anti-Corruption and Civil Rights Commission. In this context, senior officials have reaffirmed their commitment to practicing integrity in administration.

On the 8th, the district announced that during a directors’ meeting attended by Mayor Kim Kyungho, the deputy mayor, and senior officials such as bureau and department heads, a resolution was made to promote a culture of integrity.
During the meeting, participants reflected on the significance of achieving the top rating for three consecutive years and reaffirmed that integrity is not a one-time achievement but a fundamental value that must be continuously upheld in administration.
Gwangjin District has implemented organization-wide integrity policies, including proactive improvements in corruption-prone areas, systematic management through the operation of a corruption risk map, leading by example from senior officials, and the promotion of employee participation in integrity initiatives.
Mayor Kim Kyungho stated, "Achieving the top grade in comprehensive integrity for three consecutive years is a valuable result made possible by the collective efforts of all staff. Taking today’s pledge by senior officials as a new starting point, we will further strengthen our commitment to integrity in administration so that residents can truly experience it."
