[CES 2026] HL Clemmove Forms Future Vehicle Development Partnership with Infineon

Joint Development of SDV Architecture

HL Clemmove, an HL Group company specializing in autonomous driving solutions, has entered into a strategic partnership with Infineon, a leading global semiconductor company, to develop future automotive technologies.

On January 7 (local time), at CES 2026, the world's largest electronics and IT exhibition held in Las Vegas, USA, representatives from both companies-including Lee Yunhaeng, President of HL Clemmove; Hong Daegun, Chief Technology Officer (CTO); Peter Schaefer, Vice President of Infineon; and Thomas Boehm, Vice President-attended and signed the agreement.

The two companies have agreed to collaborate on the joint development of Software-Defined Vehicle (SDV) architecture and to accelerate innovation in autonomous driving technology.

The SDV architecture enables integrated management of numerous electronic control units (ECUs). Unlike traditional function-based distributed control, it adopts a zone control approach, grouping and managing physical proximity areas together. This not only increases the operational efficiency of vehicle software but also significantly reduces hardware such as wiring, making it a linchpin in the transition to next-generation electronic architectures.

Additionally, the companies will work together to develop zone control units, vehicle Ethernet-based ADAS and camera solutions, and next-generation radar technologies, further accelerating innovation in autonomous driving technology.
