Service Enhancements and Expansion of Non-Face-to-Face Loan Lineup
Woori Bank announced on January 8 that the monthly active users (MAU) of its corporate finance platform, 'Woori WON Corporate,' surpassed 178,000 as of the end of last year.
The MAU, which stood at around 147,000 at the end of 2024, exceeded 178,000 by the end of December 2025, marking a growth rate of over 21% in just one year. Woori Bank explained that this achievement was driven by process improvements that enhanced user convenience for corporate clients, the expansion of a lineup of products specialized for non-face-to-face transactions, and customized marketing targeting sole proprietors and small business owners.
To begin with, the bank introduced the 'FAST Loan Consultation Service' and the 'Non-Face-to-Face Loan Extension for Sole Proprietors,' both of which allow corporate clients to handle everything from document preparation to submission in a one-stop process, thereby reducing their work burden. The bank also strengthened its lineup of products specialized for non-face-to-face transactions. In the second half of last year, it successively launched products such as 'Woori CEO Refinancing Loan' (June), 'Woori CEO Credit Loan' (October), and 'CEO Interior Loan' (November).
Woori Bank is accelerating its 'Woori WON Corporate Advancement Project,' which has been underway since last year. The bank is preparing a complete overhaul of the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX), the establishment of a dedicated section for sole proprietors, and the introduction of specialized services. These enhancements are scheduled to be released sequentially in February and April.
