Mexicana Chairman Choi Kwang-eun Vows to Make This Year One of Progress and Growth with Clear Goals

Mexicana, a company specializing in chicken franchises, announced on January 7 that it held a New Year’s kick-off ceremony at its headquarters in Yeoksam-dong, Seoul, to mark the start of the Byeong-o year. This year’s ceremony was especially meaningful as it was the first New Year celebrated at the new 'Mexicana Campus' headquarters, serving as an opportunity to reaffirm the company’s vision and aspirations for the future. The event included a review of last year’s performance, the announcement of this year’s departmental goals, and awards for long-serving and outstanding employees.

During his New Year’s address at the ceremony, Chairman Choi Kwang-eun emphasized the importance of setting clear goals, fostering a sense of ownership among all employees, and promoting unity. He urged everyone to avoid giving up after a few days and instead demonstrate their full potential and a spirit of challenge, so that both the company and its employees can achieve a year of collective progress and growth.

Mexicana ended its 20-year era in Songpa and announced a new beginning in the heart of Gangnam by relocating its base to the new 'Mexicana Campus' headquarters in Yeoksam last November. In addition to strengthening the development of internal talent, Mexicana has been working to provide more effective and advanced training for prospective franchise owners, reaffirming its commitment to delivering high-quality products and services to consumers through the move to the new headquarters.
