Lifestyle Tech Company Coversome Secures Follow-on Investment

Follow-on Investment from Existing Investor Intervest

Lifestyle tech company Coversome announced on January 8 that it has secured follow-on investment from its existing investor, Intervest. The investment amount was not disclosed.

This investment is a strategic move based on trust in Coversome's technological competitiveness and mid- to long-term growth strategy. Intervest decided to make the follow-on investment after comprehensively reviewing Coversome's technological achievements, business execution capabilities, and potential for global expansion since its initial investment.

Coversome is a fashion tech company that leverages smart textile material technology inspired by natural elements such as air, heat, and light. Through proprietary fabric technologies like Air Tech, Heated Tech, and UV Color Change, the company delivers both sustainability and functionality. Since its establishment, Coversome has secured 32 domestic and international patents, as well as 203 design and trademark rights.

With this investment, Coversome plans to focus on building a mid- to long-term foundation by expanding its research and development (R&D) team, upgrading systems to support global scaling up, and refining its organizational management structure.
