Genesis Launches 2026 G80... Turbo Gasoline Starting at 59.78 Million KRW

Genesis launched the updated models of its flagship sedan, the '2026 G80' and '2026 G80 Black,' on January 8.

The 2026 G80 features optimized standard specifications focused on highly satisfying options based on customer feedback, and enhanced premium design elements.

Genesis has equipped the 2026 G80 with an Ergo Motion driver's seat as standard, which reduces driver fatigue and improves driving comfort. The previously standard antibacterial package has been reclassified as part of the Convenience Package. Additionally, popular features have been consolidated into a single Popular Package, allowing for a more reasonable price structure.

The 2026 G80 incorporates design elements that strengthen Genesis's brand identity. Genesis has added two new exterior colors, 'Batna Gray' and 'Ceres Blue,' bringing the total to eight exterior color options. A new sporty 19-inch wheel design has also been introduced, offering customers a wider range of choices.

Furthermore, all rear badging except for the 'GENESIS' lettering has been removed, creating a cleaner and more modern rear design.

The '2026 G80 Black,' which features a restrained sense of luxury based on a black color scheme, now comes standard with popular options such as the built-in cam package, further enhancing its competitiveness.

The 2026 G80 is priced at 59,780,000 KRW for the 2.5 gasoline turbo model and 66,280,000 KRW for the 3.5 gasoline turbo model. The 2026 G80 Sports Package is priced at 63,720,000 KRW for the 2.5 gasoline turbo and 71,790,000 KRW for the 3.5 gasoline turbo. The 2026 G80 Black is priced at 82,430,000 KRW for the 2.5 gasoline turbo and 86,660,000 KRW for the 3.5 gasoline turbo.
