NH-Amundi Asset Management Recommends HANARO Global Physical AI Active ETF

At 'CES 2026', where the latest trends in global innovation technology can be seen at a glance, Physical AI has emerged as the hottest topic. As global business leaders simultaneously declare the dawn of the Physical AI era, interest in related investment opportunities is also increasing.

On January 8, NH-Amundi Asset Management announced its recommendation of the 'HANARO Global Physical AI Active ETF', which invests in leading companies in the field, as Physical AI becomes the core paradigm of change in global industries.

At this year's CES, global CEOs unanimously emphasized Physical AI. Jensen Huang, CEO of Nvidia, stated in his keynote speech, "AI is no longer confined to text or images; it must now interact with humans in the physical world." Lisa Su, CEO of AMD, also stressed, "We are now entering the world of Physical AI."

Hyundai Motor Group and LG Electronics also highlighted Physical AI by unveiling the humanoid 'Atlas' and the home robot 'Cloid'. Global companies view Physical AI as the final stage of AI that will dramatically enhance productivity across industries such as manufacturing, logistics, and home appliances.

This trend had already been anticipated. CEO Jensen Huang mentioned at last year's CES that "the next frontier for AI is Physical AI." NH-Amundi Asset Management proactively identified this market shift and launched the HANARO Global Physical AI Active ETF in April last year.

This ETF invests across the entire Physical AI value chain. As an active ETF, it selects companies by analyzing their technological capabilities and growth potential, and since last year, it has been identifying key players in the Physical AI ecosystem. As of January 6, it has achieved a return of 64.76% since its listing, showing strong performance.

As of January 7, its portfolio includes major big tech companies such as Alphabet, Tesla, and Nvidia, as well as global robotics-related stocks like Parker-Hannifin, Ametek, UBTECH Robotics, and Xiaopeng.

Kim Seungchul, Head of ETF Investment Division at NH-Amundi Asset Management, stated, "Physical AI is at the core of the US-China technological hegemony war and is a field where global capital and technology are converging, making it a massive megatrend that will continue for more than 10 years." He added, "This year marks the beginning of the full-scale expansion of Physical AI into industrial sites, so now is the time to invest in this significant trend."
