The event was attended by approximately 200 people, including Mayor Yoon Byungtae, key public officials, city council members, heads of institutions and social organizations, and resident representatives, who shared perspectives on local issues and the direction of city administration.

Mayor Yoon explained the major achievements of 2025 and the city administration plans for 2026, while directly listening to residents' on-site feedback and focusing on seeking practical solutions for regional development.

The event began with a township report by Oh Siguen, the head of Nampyeong-eup, followed by updates on township and village affairs, sharing of major regional development projects, listening to residents' difficulties and suggestions, and providing responses. The emphasis was placed on realizing field-oriented, communication-based administration.

In particular, the five key focus areas-growth city, premium education city, youth happiness city, Bitgaram innovation city, and happy Naju-were explained, along with major regional development projects and pending issues in Nampyeong-eup, to help residents better understand the city's initiatives.

Additionally, residents proposed various opinions on local issues directly related to daily life, such as drainage maintenance and road expansion and paving, as well as overall city administration. The city sought realistic alternatives for regional development through dialogue with residents.

Mayor Yoon Byungtae stated, "This event was organized to hear residents' voices from the field and to find practical solutions," adding, "Suggestions raised during the dialogue will be thoroughly reviewed with relevant departments, and we will actively guarantee the residents' right to know by sharing progress updates."
