Chilgok County Launches 8th SNS Supporters Group

One Year of SNS Promotion Activities

Chilgok County in North Gyeongsang Province held the 8th Chilgok County SNS Supporters Launch Ceremony on January 6 at the Sotmaru Conference Room of the county office.

The event was attended by about 20 people, including Chilgok County Governor Kim Jaewook and the supporters.

The launch ceremony began with training on essential topics for online content creation, including supporter activity guidelines, precautions for content production, copyright compliance, and personal information protection.

The main event proceeded with the national pledge, followed by the presentation of appointment letters, the reading of the oath, welcoming remarks, and a commemorative photo session. Participants shared their roles and responsibilities as supporters and received explanations about upcoming activities and the operation plan.

The appointed 8th SNS Supporters will be active for one year, from January to December 2026.

The supporters will create photos, articles, and video content on topics such as Chilgok County's festivals, tourism, natural environment, cultural events, and daily life information, and will share local news through SNS channels.

This 8th group of SNS Supporters consists of 15 people who were finally selected through an open recruitment and internal review held in December 2025.

Among them, five members are in charge of producing short-form videos. The recruitment process recorded a competition rate of 6 to 1, and participants from various occupations and age groups, including homemakers, office workers, and freelancers, will work together.

Kim Jaewook, Governor of Chilgok County, said, "SNS Supporters play an important role in conveying the image of Chilgok County from the perspective of residents. I hope you will continue to share a variety of stories from the field."
