TS Trillion Participates in Shanghai 'K-BEAUTY Presentation'... Anticipation for Lifting of the Korean Wave Ban

TS Trillion is making a full-fledged push into the Chinese market by participating in a beauty expo held in Shanghai, China. Expectations are rising that this event, which coincides with President Lee Jaemyung’s state visit to China, will serve as a signal for the revival of K-beauty following the lifting of the "Korean Wave Ban."


On January 7, TS Trillion announced that it will participate in "2026 K-BEAUTY in Shanghai," which will be held at the Fuxing Art Center inside the Shanghai Bund Finance Center (BFC) until January 8.


At this event, where 11 leading Korean beauty brands are participating in a pop-up format, TS Trillion plans to showcase its expertise in hair and scalp care. Notably, First Lady Kim Hye-kyung also visited the event.


The industry is paying close attention to whether this event will lead to tangible business results beyond a simple exhibition. With the President’s visit to China boosting the atmosphere of economic cooperation between the two countries, and major Korean business leaders accompanying the delegation, it is expected that the discovery of local partnerships will accelerate.


The event, organized by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups, features brand introduction and networking programs such as a "Brand Presentation," as well as a "Creator Zone" on-site where visitors can experience products and create content or conduct interviews. In addition, 11 Korean companies will participate in the "K-BEAUTY Creator" program to introduce their products.


A TS Trillion representative stated, "We expect wide-ranging discussions as major Chinese distributors, investors, MCNs, and influencers will visit the site," adding, "We aim to use the pop-up event as a forward base for discovering new buyers and creating momentum to expand in the Chinese market."


Meanwhile, TS Trillion has previously expanded its market presence in China through local exhibitions and promotions, such as the Shanghai Beauty Expo. Based on participation in this event, the company plans to expand its sales in the Chinese market through practical discussions on distribution and marketing.
