Ringnet Establishes System Business Division to Proactively Respond to Expanding AI and Semiconductor Infrastructure

Ringnet, a company specializing in IT infrastructure, announced on January 7 that it views 2026 as a turning point where demand for IT infrastructure will rapidly expand due to growth in artificial intelligence (AI) and semiconductors. In response, the company aims for growth of over 15% through business strategies and organizational restructuring aligned with these trends.

To proactively address the increasing demand for data centers, networks, and system infrastructure driven by expanded investments in AI and semiconductors, Ringnet has reorganized and expanded its existing system sales division to establish a new "System Business Division." Through this, the company intends to actively secure business opportunities during this growth phase, where infrastructure investments centered on AI and semiconductors are spreading across the broader IT infrastructure sector. In particular, Ringnet plans to strengthen execution by centering on veteran executives and team leaders with diverse industry and market experience, thereby driving the achievement of its 2026 business goals.

Chief Executive Officer Lee Jeongmin stated, "Our core competitiveness lies in possessing a business portfolio and technological capabilities that can organically connect systems and networks within the new market paradigm expanding beyond AI and semiconductors to IT infrastructure." He added, "We will make 2026 a year of new leaps forward by advancing our business structure and leading the company's growth with responsible leadership as CEO."

Meanwhile, Ringnet plans to increase its dividend payout ratio from 40% in 2025 to 50% in 2026, thereby expanding shareholder returns. Based on a stable profit structure and strong cash generation, the company aims to maintain a balance between growth investments and shareholder returns, continuing its steady growth amid expanding demand for AI, semiconductors, and IT infrastructure.
