Chungnam Culture and Tourism Foundation Named 'Excellent' for Proactive Administration Four Years in a Row

The Chungnam Culture and Tourism Foundation has been selected as an 'Excellent Institution for Proactive Administration in Chungnam Province' for the fourth consecutive year, demonstrating its ongoing achievements in administrative innovation among public institutions in the province.

On January 7, the Chungnam Culture and Tourism Foundation announced that it had been named an excellent institution in the 'Proactive Administration Performance Evaluation' conducted by Chungnam Province for 15 cities and counties and public institutions within the province. Only two public institutions were selected in this year's evaluation.

According to the foundation, this evaluation comprehensively reflected the operation of the proactive administration system, achievements in work improvement, and the level of satisfaction felt by provincial residents.

The foundation received high marks for improving conventional work practices during the implementation of culture, arts, and tourism policies, proactively responding to civil complaints, and strengthening inter-agency collaboration.

In particular, by incorporating feedback from the field into policies and systems, the foundation enhanced the effectiveness of its administration, which in turn raised both public service satisfaction and the perceived benefits among residents.

Chief Executive Officer Lee Gijin stated, "Being selected as an excellent institution for proactive administration for four consecutive years is the result of our continued commitment to resident-centered administration," adding, "We will continue to go beyond formalities and conventions to bring about meaningful change in the fields of culture, arts, and tourism."

Building on this achievement, the foundation plans to systematically identify and disseminate outstanding cases of proactive administration and further strengthen its role as a trusted public institution specializing in culture, arts, and tourism through administrative innovation that residents can directly experience.
