"Maximizing Integrated Marketing Communication Capabilities"
DaeHong Communications announced on January 7 that it will relocate the office of its subsidiary SPOON to the same area near Seoul Station (Yonsei Severance Building) as the DaeHong Communications headquarters, thereby strengthening collaboration between the two companies.
Launched officially in 2024, SPOON is a subsidiary specializing in digital content production and media solutions.
This relocation will allow the headquarters and its subsidiary to communicate and collaborate within the same physical space.
Previously, in June of last year, DaeHong Communications formalized a 'One Company, One Operation' system by appointing CEO Kim Deokhee as the CEO of both DaeHong Communications and SPOON.
This integration of office spaces is a measure to further merge the organizational management systems. The unified work environment is expected to drive joint growth for both companies across digital out-of-home advertising (DOOH), as well as in content and media overall.
Kim Deokhee, CEO of DaeHong Communications, stated, "With this office integration, we will organically connect the expertise of both companies to solidify SPOON's digital and media-focused business foundation and further strengthen our fundamental competitiveness."
