Accordingly, passengers arriving after 00:00 on the 14th will enter through T2, and from the first departure flight OZ112 to Osaka, Japan, at 7:00 on the 14th, passengers will check in and depart from T2.

Check-in will be conducted at the G-J row counters located on the east side of the 3rd floor of Terminal 2. The G and H rows will operate as economy class and bag drop counters, while business class passengers and elite members may use the J row counters. Additionally, the lounge available is the Korean Air Lounge at Terminal 2 of Incheon Airport.

Asiana Airlines stated that it is making company-wide efforts to prevent passenger confusion due to the terminal relocation. The company will provide guidance about the terminal relocation at every stage of ticket booking, from the homepage and reservation/payment page to the itinerary sent after ticket issuance. Even after booking, additional notifications will be sent via Alimtalk, and related information and promotions will be expanded through regular online publications for members and official social media channels.

Furthermore, for passengers traveling by car, banners announcing the terminal relocation will be installed on the streetlights of the Incheon Airport Expressway, and mobile advertisements will be used to prevent confusion. Announcements will also be made onboard the Airport Railroad trains for rail passengers, and information boards will be installed at the Incheon Airport Transportation Center. Guidance will also be provided at the city airport terminals in Seoul Station and Gwangmyeong Station.

To assist passengers who arrive at the wrong terminal, a separate information desk will be operated at Terminal 1, and in cooperation with Incheon International Airport Corporation, emergency transportation vehicles will be provided for two weeks.
