Beomyang Construction Files for Commencement of Rehabilitation Proceedings with Suwon District Court for Rehabilitation

Beomyang Construction announced on January 6 that it held a board meeting and filed for commencement of rehabilitation proceedings with the Suwon District Court for Rehabilitation to normalize its management.

The company also submitted applications for a preservation order and a comprehensive prohibition order.

The company stated, "The Suwon District Court for Rehabilitation is expected to decide whether to commence rehabilitation proceedings after reviewing the application and accompanying documents submitted by our company," adding, "Any changes resulting from the court's decision and subsequent developments will be disclosed in the future."
