Iksan City Offers Free Suit Rentals for Youth Interviews to Ease Job Search Burden

Jeonbuk Iksan City is officially launching the “Youth Interview Suit Rental Program” to help young job seekers focus solely on their job search by reducing their financial burden.

According to Iksan City on January 6, the program is available to young job seekers aged 18 to 39 who either reside in Iksan or are enrolled at a local university. In particular, any young person preparing for an interview can benefit from the program, regardless of income level.

The rental items include essential interview attire such as suit jackets and pants, shirts, blouses, neckties, belts, and shoes. Once rented, the items can be used for up to four days and three nights, and the free rental benefit is available up to three times per year.

The application process is simple. Applicants can submit an online application form through the Iksan Youth City website.

Once approved, the city will send a coupon number to the applicant’s mobile phone via text message. Young people wishing to rent an outfit can make a reservation at the designated rental shop by presenting this number.

An official from Iksan City stated, “We hope this program will provide practical support to young people facing the major challenge of employment,” adding, “We will continue to develop highly practical, customized support policies that reflect the needs of our youth.”
