The Nam-gu District Office of Daegu announced on January 6 that Lee Seungyeon, a second-year student at Songhyeon Girls' High School who lives in Daemyeong 9-dong, won the grand prize at the "Youth Cooking Competition: High School Chef Ramen War" hosted by Nongshim in 2025 and donated the prize money of 1 million won to support underprivileged children in the local community.
Lee Seungyeon has consistently pursued her dream of becoming a chef who brings happiness to people through cooking. She has demonstrated dedication and passion by obtaining four major culinary certifications in Korean, Japanese, Chinese, and Western cuisine. Winning the grand prize is a valuable achievement that reflects her persistent efforts and challenges.
