The Pocheon City Agricultural Technology Center in Gyeonggi Province will be recruiting trainees for the "2026 Agricultural Work Certification Course in Pocheon City" from January 12 to 30. The program aims to support young farmers in their stable return to farming and rural communities, as well as to help alleviate the labor shortage in rural areas.

This training course is tailored to the needs of the agricultural field, reflecting the results of a survey conducted among Pocheon City farmers. The program has expanded its eligibility to include not only young farmers but also middle-aged and older participants. Training will be conducted according to the schedule of each course from April to November 2026.
The recruitment includes a total of three courses: the Excavator and Forklift Certification Course (for equipment under 3 tons), the Excavator Operator Certification Course (for equipment over 3 tons), and the Ultra-Light Aircraft (Drone Type 1) Certification Course. Depending on the course, training will take a minimum of 3 days up to a maximum of 2 months.
