Cumulative Number of Trainees Surpasses 20,000
TeamSparta announced on January 6 that its annual sales in the artificial intelligence (AI) corporate education (B2B) sector more than doubled compared to the previous year in 2025.
The cumulative number of trainees surpassed 20,000 as of November last year. The average satisfaction score for the training was 4.6 out of 5.
TeamSparta has established offline education references covering advanced AI courses for executives and employees of major corporations across all industries, including IT, construction, distribution, and securities. The company offers training programs focused on solving real-world business problems, such as: a 192-hour course that teaches everything from Python basics to machine learning and deep learning to address corporate PoC projects; a 40-hour, two-day hackathon for teams or departments to tackle group assignments; and a 160-hour program aimed at developing in-house AI experts and solving PoC projects.

The company has also improved the quality of its training. By establishing an "Instructor Competency Assurance System," it ensures a consistent level of lectures for all corporate clients and deploys assistant instructors on-site to fill learning gaps. A dedicated content team directly reviews all teaching materials and incorporates the latest technology trends in real time, enhancing expertise in advanced AI education. The company also noted high satisfaction among corporate clients with its "Training Performance Maximization Consulting," which reduces the workload of training managers by up to 90%.
Additionally, TeamSparta provides both online and offline training, including the KDT government-funded bootcamp, based on customized education for trainees and the advancement of its proprietary LMS (Learning Management System). After completing online training, students can gain practical work experience offline through the "BaroIntern" program, which is connected to 427 partner companies. This creates a virtuous cycle where job seekers acquire the practical skills that companies require, and companies gain talent who can be deployed on-site immediately without additional retraining.
Lee Beomgyu, CEO of TeamSparta, stated, "Based on the offline operating system and advanced AI curriculum recognized in corporate education, we aim to set the standard for practical AI talent development that bridges the gap between lectures and real-world work in employment training."
