Premium Resort Lifestyle Realized at Singumdan Royal Park City II
A Space for Healthy Relaxation and Everyday Healing
DK Asia, one of the top three real estate developers in Korea, is elevating the standard of residential facilities by expanding apartment community spaces into hotel-quality cultural venues.
On January 6, DK Asia announced that it has opened the 'Royal Music Room' and a rehearsal room, dedicated community spaces for music, performance, and singing, within the 'Singumdan Royal Park City II' complex in Incheon. The project cost 1.5 billion won. The facility consists of six individual karaoke rooms and one rehearsal room equipped with a grand piano.
DK Asia stated, "We have used premium finishing materials and installed professional sound equipment," adding, "Since the official opening on December 24, the space has quickly established itself as a community hub where not only families but also teenagers and neighbors naturally interact."
The facility is located in the basement of the commercial building to prevent noise issues. It operates from Wednesday to Sunday, between 1 p.m. and 10 p.m. Usage fees are set 30% lower than external karaoke venues.
Singumdan Royal Park City II currently offers 38 community facilities and 13 types of high-end residential services. Notable amenities include a duplex indoor golf driving range, a fitness center equipped with Technogym-premium Italian fitness equipment-a cinema lounge for watching new releases, a three-meal service, and a private yacht service. A hotel-style swimming pool and a large sauna are also planned to open in the future.
Royal Park City, being developed by DK Asia, has completed phase one with 6,305 households, while phase two, comprising 16,025 households, has completed land acquisition and is undergoing the necessary approval procedures.
Jo Jaeman, CEO of DK Asia, said, "The Royal Music Room and rehearsal room are core spaces that enhance the premium resort lifestyle Royal Park City aims to provide in an era that values 'experience.' We will continue to expand differentiated communities and services so that the premium resort lifestyle naturally becomes part of residents' daily lives."
