DK Asia, one of Korea's three largest developers, has begun elevating the standard of residential facilities by expanding apartment community spaces into hotel-grade cultural venues.

DK Asia announced on January 6 that it has opened the "Royal Music Room" and a dedicated "Rehearsal Room," music, performance, and singing community spaces with a total investment of 1.5 billion won, within the "Singumdan Royal Park City II" complex in Incheon. The facilities consist of six private karaoke rooms and one rehearsal room equipped with a grand piano.

DK Asia stated, "We applied high-end finishing materials and installed professional sound systems," adding, "Since the official opening on December 24, it has rapidly established itself as a community space where not only families but also teenagers and neighbors naturally interact."

The facilities are located in the basement of the commercial area to block noise issues. They operate from Wednesday to Sunday, from 1:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Usage fees have been set 30% lower than external karaoke venues.

Singumdan Royal Park City II currently offers 38 community facilities and 13 types of high-end residential services. Representative amenities include a duplex indoor golf practice range, a fitness center equipped with Technogym, an Italian premium fitness brand, a cinema lounge where residents can watch newly released movies, a three-meals-a-day dining service, and a private yacht service. A hotel-style swimming pool and a large sauna are also scheduled to open in the future.

The Royal Park City project being developed by DK Asia has completed Phase 1 with 6,305 households, while Phase 2 with 16,025 households has finished land acquisition and is currently undergoing approval and permitting procedures.

Jo Jaeman, CEO of DK Asia, said, "The Royal Music Room and the Rehearsal Room are key spaces that enhance the completeness of the premium resort lifestyle that Royal Park City pursues in an era that values 'experience'," adding, "We will continue to expand differentiated communities and services so that a premium resort lifestyle can naturally permeate residents' daily lives."
