IR Qudos, a company specializing in IPR consulting (co-CEOs Lee Junho and Lee Jongseung), announced on January 5 that it has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Yulchon LLC to strengthen collaboration in the areas of corporate governance and shareholder communications.

Through this agreement, the two companies plan to establish a one-stop response system that combines legal advisory services with investor communication strategies to address key issues faced by companies, such as general meetings of shareholders, shareholder activism, and improvements in corporate governance.

Recently, as regulatory changes have taken place and both institutional and retail shareholders have become more active in exercising their voting rights, demand for corporate responses has surged. As a result, the need for integrated consulting that encompasses legal perspectives, market viewpoints, and practical responses has become even more pronounced.

IR Qudos possesses expertise in communication and investor relations based on actual market data, including analysis of voting patterns among institutional and individual shareholders and the prediction of shareholder behavior. Yulchon brings together experts from financial authorities and pension funds, providing in-depth advisory capabilities on legal and regulatory issues.
