Motiva Korea announced on January 5 that it held an international academic exchange program at Shanghai Huamei Medical Cosmetology Hospital, located in Shanghai, China.
This program was organized to share clinical perspectives and international medical standards regarding the subfascial breast augmentation approach. Ko Jooyoung, Director of Atelier Plastic Surgery, participated as a speaker and delivered a lecture.
The event focused on discussions about the process of establishing surgical plans that take into account the patient's body type and tissue characteristics, clinical factors to be considered in the subfascial approach, and overall clinical considerations throughout the surgical process. Director Ko Jooyoung explained the decision-making process and key considerations in surgical approaches based on domestic clinical experience using Motiva breast implants, and shared opinions from an international clinical perspective.
Shanghai Huamei Medical Cosmetology Hospital is a medical institution in eastern China where academic discussions and exchanges are continuously taking place. This academic exchange was also held to facilitate the sharing of clinical experiences and perspectives among medical professionals. Medical staff from Shanghai Huamei Medical Cosmetology Hospital, as well as invited medical professionals from the eastern region of China, attended the program and exchanged views on surgical approaches in actual clinical settings.
A representative from Motiva Korea stated, "This academic exchange was organized as an opportunity for medical professionals to share clinical experiences and diverse perspectives," adding, "We plan to continue hosting academic exchange programs where domestic and international medical professionals can discuss and collaborate together."
