From Office Space to Startup Consulting and Business Funding
Comprehensive Support for Up to Five Years
Guri City in Gyeonggi Province (Mayor Baek Kyung-hyun) announced on January 5 that it will publicly recruit young startup companies to move into the 'Guri City Youth Tomorrow Center' from January 5 to January 20.

The Youth Tomorrow Center serves as a startup support hub for young people in Guri City, discovering and nurturing prospective entrepreneurs with technological capabilities and creative ideas, as well as companies established within the past five years, to support the stable growth and settlement of youth startups.
Through this recruitment, approximately four resident companies and around fifteen non-resident companies will be selected. The final resident companies will be chosen through a document review and presentation evaluation.
Eligible applicants are young people aged between 15 and 39 who either reside in Guri City or have their living base in the city. For existing entrepreneurs, the company must have been established within five years as of the announcement date.
The recruitment fields are divided into: ▲ technology-based venture sectors such as IT (information technology), BT (biotechnology), NT (nanotechnology), and CT (cultural technology); ▲ specialized sectors such as Green (Digital) New Deal, e-commerce, advanced food technology, urban agriculture, pet tech, and real estate information technology; and ▲ general startup sectors such as education, social welfare, and services.
Selected companies can reside in the Youth Tomorrow Center for up to five years and will receive practical support throughout all stages of their startup journey, including ▲ startup advice and customized consulting ▲ business funding support ▲ assistance with logo and promotional video production ▲ free use of center facilities such as offices and meeting rooms.
Baek Kyung-hyun, Mayor of Guri City, stated, "The Youth Tomorrow Center is a key hub that helps young entrepreneurs realize their ideas and grow into sustainable businesses," adding, "We will continue to provide field-oriented startup support so that young people can take on challenges and settle in the local community."
He also added, "We look forward to the active participation of young people with creative ideas and passion."
