This overhaul of the help content was carried out to identify difficulties customers encounter while using the service and to provide practical solutions, thereby delivering a positive brand experience.


First, for complex order types and regulations, the help content now includes simulation images based on real-life scenarios. This allows customers to naturally understand difficult concepts by following practical examples.


On the help screens, frequently asked questions are categorized into practical tips, important considerations, and reference information to improve readability and highlight key points. In addition, a mapping guide links each function in the images with explanatory content, enabling users to immediately grasp complex features.


The help content has also been differentiated by platform. For HTS, which is used by more experienced investors, the focus is on practical usage strategies rather than basic instructions. For MTS, main checkpoints are emphasized so that mobile users can quickly resolve their questions. WTS centers on unique convenience features and real-life use cases.


LS Securities has also made the help content available on external channels such as its official blog and brand website (Tuhon Story), in addition to the Tuhon HTS, MTS, and WTS platforms, to further improve customer accessibility.
