Project with Naver Cloud Achieves Results with AI Video Analysis Technology
Video Analysis Solution Integrated into "BIGC Studio," Enhancing CMS Operational Efficiency

BIGC, an all-in-one digital venue platform, carried out a collaborative project applying AI video analysis technology through the Shinhan Open Innovation program operated by Shinhan Square Bridge Incheon.

BIGC participated in the program as part of a project with Naver Cloud, achieving successful technology implementation, and was selected as an "Outstanding Collaboration Team" in the 10th term of Shinhan Open Innovation.

Shinhan Open Innovation is a program organized by Shinhan Square Bridge Incheon, the startup support platform of Shinhan Financial Group. It aims to generate tangible business results through collaboration between startups with excellent technology and ideas and large or mid-sized companies pursuing innovation.

In this program, BIGC carried out an AI video analysis-based CMS advancement project in collaboration with Naver Cloud, earning recognition for their joint efforts. The two companies jointly conducted a proof of concept (PoC) to integrate Naver Cloud's AI-based video analysis solution, "Media Intelligence," into BIGC's proprietary CMS platform, "BIGC Studio."

Through this program, BIGC applied advanced video AI technologies such as automatic scene analysis, person and object detection, and metadata generation throughout the entire content production and management process. As a result, CMS operational efficiency and video management were enhanced. Kim Jungwoo, CTO of BIGC, stated, "Through our collaboration with Naver Cloud, we were able to set a new standard for video-based content operations," adding, "Based on BIGC's AI technology and global fan data capabilities, we will further accelerate the digital transformation of the entertainment industry."

A representative from Shinhan Square Bridge Incheon commented, "BIGC successfully executed the project based on a high level of technological completeness and rapid execution," and added, "The selection as an Outstanding Collaboration Team is a testament to the synergy achieved between the two companies."
