Dunamu, the operator of the virtual asset exchange Upbit, announced on January 5 that it has collaborated with CJ Foodville’s bakery brand Tous Les Jours to launch a limited-edition collaboration product, the "2026 Upbit Wish Cake," to celebrate the New Year.
This collaboration was planned with the hope that customers' wishes and expectations for the New Year will come true. The "2026 Upbit Wish Cake" will be produced in a limited quantity of 30,000 units and will be available at Tous Les Jours stores nationwide starting January 6.
The cake comes with an Upbit event entry ticket. Customers who register their ticket on the Upbit event page by January 27 will be entered into a drawing for various prizes, including 1 Bitcoin (BTC) for one winner, a 1 million won CJ gift card for five winners, and a 500,000 won CJ gift card for ten winners. In addition, customers who newly sign up for Upbit and participate in the event during the event period will receive Bitcoin worth 50,000 won.
Furthermore, from January 2 to January 5, customers who participate in the event and make cumulative transactions of at least 100,000 won on Upbit will be eligible for a drawing in which 3,000 winners will receive a voucher for the "2026 Upbit Wish Cake." Details on how to participate and the full terms and conditions can be found on the event page within the Upbit app.
An Upbit representative stated, "We launched this collaboration to support our customers’ wishes and new beginnings for the New Year," adding, "We plan to continue pursuing various collaborations that naturally connect with our customers’ daily lives."
