Unveiling a Customer-Centric, Interconnected Spatial Experience

Starting January 6, 2026, LG Electronics will unveil its Affectionate Intelligence technology, which enables spaces and products to work together around the customer, at CES 2026, the world’s largest home appliance and information technology exhibition held in Las Vegas, USA, through January 9, 2026 (local time).


Under the theme “Innovation in tune with you,” LG Electronics has set up a 2,044-square-meter exhibition hall, showcasing how products and solutions are interconnected and operate according to customers’ needs across various spaces such as homes, vehicles, and galleries.


At the entrance of the exhibition hall, a large installation made of 38 ultra-slim wireless wallpaper OLED TVs, the “LG OLED Evo AI W6,” is suspended from the ceiling. The 38 wireless OLED TVs, each just 9mm thick, appear to float in the air, welcoming visitors. When viewed from certain angles, the different screens combine into a single piece of media art. Through this installation, LG visually expresses the exhibition’s theme of “Innovation in tune with you.”

During the exhibition, LG will present: ▲ the “Zero Labor Home,” which combines the home robot “LG CLOiD” with AI-powered appliances ▲ AI-based automotive solutions ▲ a TV lineup featuring AI processors and the webOS platform ▲ an entertainment zone focused on gaming and music ▲ and the premium appliance lineup “LG SIGNATURE” with enhanced AI features.


In the home section, LG concretizes its vision of “enhancing life’s value by freeing customers from housework.” LG CLOiD demonstrates preparing breakfast by retrieving ingredients from the refrigerator and operating the oven according to meal plans set the previous day. After the user leaves the house, it sorts laundry, loads it into the washing machine, and organizes it. LG explains that these capabilities are made possible by combining AI’s comprehensive environmental awareness, learning of user lifestyle patterns, and robotic technology that precisely controls arms and fingers.


AI-powered appliances are also introduced. The LG AI refrigerator learns usage patterns to optimize cooling times, while the WashTower equipped with an AI DD motor analyzes laundry weight, humidity, and fabric type to adjust washing and drying intensity. All appliances are connected to the AI home hub “ThinQ ON,” which provides integrated management of the environment, including refrigerator anomaly detection, laundry course recommendations, air quality control, and lighting management.


In the automotive section, an experience zone for AI-powered vehicle solutions is available. The front windshield, featuring transparent OLED, displays key information such as signal wait times depending on the situation. The driver’s seat, equipped with in-cabin sensing technology, automatically switches to autonomous driving mode if the driver’s gaze is averted for a certain period. In the rear seats, an entertainment system recommends content based on the external scenery recognized by AI.

In the TV section, LG showcases the OLED Evo AI W6 and other 2026 OLED TVs, as well as the premium LCD TV “LG Micro RGB Evo.” The W6 combines wireless design with an ultra-slim profile, maintaining an all-in-one structure with built-in speakers while allowing for flush wall installation. Through “LG Gallery Plus,” visitors can enjoy over 4,500 pieces of content, including artworks and game illustrations. This service also features works from the National Gallery, London.


The TVs are equipped with the third-generation Alpha 11 AI processor based on dual artificial intelligence. LG explains that by processing two types of AI upscaling simultaneously, both resolution and texture are improved. The personalized recommendation feature of webOS is visually implemented through kiosk input.


In the entertainment area, a gaming experience zone is operated in collaboration with the global online community Reddit. The OLED TV, featuring wireless AV transmission technology, demonstrates high refresh rate gaming, while the UltraGear Evo gaming monitor allows visitors to experience racing games. In addition, four new products from the wireless audio brand “LG XBOOM,” developed in collaboration with world-renowned musician will.i.am, are unveiled.


The premium appliance lineup “LG SIGNATURE” features voice recognition based on large language models and the Gourmet AI function, which recommends recipes by recognizing ingredients. For the oven, a feature is included that provides notifications according to the selected doneness level.


In the final section of the exhibition, LG connects its ESG vision, “Better Life for All,” with the exhibition theme, presenting “Harmony for Everyone.” This area features a “Comfort Kit” designed for seniors and people with disabilities, as well as easy-read books for slow learners and children with developmental disabilities.
