Park Jaehee, Acting President of Korea Airports Corporation, began his work for the new year on January 1 by conducting on-site management, including inspecting the operational status of 14 airports nationwide, including Gimpo Airport.


Early that morning, Park visited the international departure hall at Gimpo Airport to inspect the boarding procedures for the first flight of the year, bound for Haneda (ANA862). To encourage the first passenger of the year, he presented a round-trip ticket for the Gimpo-Haneda route.


He also conducted a comprehensive inspection of key work sites such as Gimhae Airport and the Jeju Aeronautical Radio Beacon Station via video link, checking departure and arrival statuses, airport facility operations, and working conditions. He asked on-site staff to prioritize airport safety and service.


Park Jaehee, Acting President of Korea Airports Corporation, stated, "Through continuous on-site management, we will focus all our capabilities so that the public can use airports with peace of mind."
