Snet Group (Chairman Park Hyodae) announced on January 2, 2026, that it has carried out an organizational restructuring for 2026, focusing on a generational shift based on capability and expertise.

In this personnel reshuffle, Snet Group initiated a renewal of its workforce by appointing young, capable talents with field experience and expertise to key positions in order to respond to changes in the AI era. Hyungwoo Kim has been appointed as the new CEO of Snet System. CEO Kim has extensive experience in core business areas such as marketing and sales strategy in the finance and telecommunications sectors, and previously served as CEO of the subsidiary Good Us Smart Solution. He is regarded as the right person to lead future businesses such as AI, based on his strategic insight and field experience. Meanwhile, Junho Lee, who previously served as head of the China branch, has been appointed as CEO of Good Us Smart Solution.

The Snet division has reorganized its core businesses around finance and enterprise, while establishing a dedicated system to drive next-generation group businesses such as AI, AIoT, and Cloud, thereby laying the foundation for mid- to long-term growth. In addition, by focusing on the 'Technology Center', which integrates and operates all technical resources, and the 'PM Center', which manages project profitability, the company has strengthened an execution-oriented system where technology and business move together.

The Inseong and Distribution divisions aim to improve operational efficiency and profitability by simplifying decision-making processes. The sales and technical organizations have been integrated at the business unit level, and the structure has been reorganized around core businesses to strengthen the strategy of selection and concentration.

With this restructuring, the responsibility management system based on profit and performance will be reinforced, and synergy at the group level is expected to expand, thanks to a management team with a deep understanding of affiliates. Furthermore, the generational shift is expected to enhance the overall execution and business competitiveness of the organization, and as a performance-oriented HR policy takes root, it will provide employees with a clear path of 'growth through performance' and help concentrate organizational capabilities.

Park Hyodae, Chairman of Snet Group, said, "This organizational restructuring aims to further solidify the responsibility management system by placing internally proven talents at the forefront, and to enhance our responsiveness to future businesses. Through this generational shift, we will strengthen our organizational execution while building an organic collaboration system among affiliates to continuously expand group-level synergy."
