The released four-minute video shows the process of making both Kimchi and Paocai, comparing and explaining the differences in preparation methods, storage, and standard specifications. The video is designed to help viewers visually understand that Kimchi and Paocai are distinct foods.

It also emphasizes that Kimchi is listed in the Codex Alimentarius, giving it the status of an international public standard, whereas Paocai is merely a voluntary private standard under the International Organization for Standardization (ISO).
