CardGorilla Announces 2025 Top 10 Popular Credit Cards
Shinhan Card's "Mr. Life" has maintained its position as the most popular credit card for the second consecutive year.
According to the 2025 Top 10 Popular Credit Cards list released by the credit card platform CardGorilla on December 30, Shinhan Card Mr. Life ranked first overall. The ranking was based on product views and application conversion numbers recorded on the CardGorilla website from the beginning of this year through December 21.
According to CardGorilla, Shinhan Card Mr. Life is a product that offers discounts on utility bills such as electricity, city gas, and telecommunications, in addition to discounts on internet and bundled service packages.
The second and third spots were taken by Samsung Card's "Taptap O" and "Samsung Card & Mileage Platinum (SKYPASS)," respectively.
Ko Seunghoon, CEO of CardGorilla, said, "This year, cards that help with daily living expenses across all generations and cards that offer benefits at all merchants were especially popular. As several card companies have recently launched series cards, reorganized their lineups, and introduced a variety of co-branded cards, we expect competition to become even fiercer next year."
