New Year's Fortune Event for K Bank Customers Until January 31
Receive Up to 1,000 Won in Random Cash When Friends Join via Shared Event Link
K Bank announced on December 30 that it will launch the "2026 New Year's Fortune" event to welcome the upcoming Year of Byeongo.
To help customers start 2026 with hope, K Bank is offering a free "2026 New Year's Fortune" reading service and a random cash giveaway event until January 31.
The New Year's fortune service is provided free of charge through the K Bank app, in partnership with the mobile fortune content service "Posteller," and features authentic Saju content valued at 22,000 won.
Any K Bank customer can easily access their fortune by visiting the "2026 New Year's Fortune" event page in the Benefits tab of the K Bank app. By entering their name, gender, and date of birth (based on the solar calendar), customers can receive a variety of detailed fortune readings, including overall fortune for the new year, as well as fortunes in five categories such as wealth and health, and monthly fortunes from January to December.
Once the date of birth information is entered, it cannot be changed, and the fortune content is saved in the K Bank app so it can be checked at any time during the event period.
In addition, to celebrate the launch of this event, customers who share the New Year's fortune event with friends can participate in another event to receive random cash. If a customer shares the event page link with a friend and the friend checks their New Year's fortune for the first time via that link, up to 1,000 won in random cash will be instantly deposited into the customer's K Bank account.
A K Bank representative said, "We have prepared this event so that customers can check their fortunes for the coming year with friends as interest in New Year's fortunes rises at the end of the year," adding, "K Bank will continue to introduce a variety of products and services next year to provide customers with greater convenience and benefits."
