'Sujii Xi Edition,' constructed by GS Engineering & Construction, begins first-priority subscription applications starting today. Since the opening of the model house, the project has received widespread praise for its luxurious features. With excellent accessibility to Pangyo and Gangnam, as well as comprehensive educational and lifestyle infrastructure, future value, and the rarity of new developments, the project is expected to attract significant interest from potential buyers.
Subscription applications for Suji Xi Edition can be submitted via the Korea Real Estate Board’s Cheongyak Home platform: on Tuesday, December 30, first-priority for local residents; on Wednesday, December 31, first-priority for other regions; and on Friday, January 2, second-priority applications. The list of successful applicants will be announced on Thursday, January 8, and contracts for successful applicants will be held from Monday, January 19 to Wednesday, January 21.
To qualify for first-priority subscription, applicants must be adult heads of households residing in Yongin, Seoul, Gyeonggi, or Incheon as of the recruitment announcement date, have been members of the subscription savings account for at least 24 months, and meet the required deposit standards by region and area.
In particular, those who have continuously lived in Yongin for more than two years are classified as 'local residents,' while those who have lived in Yongin for less than two years and other metropolitan area residents are classified as 'other regions.' Applicants and their household members must not have won another housing subscription within the past five years and must not be subject to re-winning restrictions. Owners of a single home may apply through a lottery system.

Meanwhile, Suji Xi Edition will be located in the Pungdeokcheon-dong area of Yongin. The complex will consist of six buildings ranging from three basement levels to 25 above-ground floors, with a total of 480 units, each with an exclusive area of 84 to 155 square meters. The supply by type includes: 107 units of 84㎡A, 38 units of 84㎡B, 224 units of 84㎡C, 70 units of 84㎡D, 39 units of 120㎡A, 1 unit of 144㎡P, and 1 unit of 155㎡P.
Residents will have easy walking access to Dongcheon Station and Suji District Office Station on the Shinbundang Line, and schools such as Pungdeok Elementary, Suji Middle, Suji High, and Jukjeon High are located nearby. The residents’ community center, 'Club Xi-an,' will include a fitness club, golf practice range, sauna, and private study rooms, while the small library will offer Kyobo Bookstore’s curated book service. The upper floors of the apartments will feature 'Club Cloud' with a sky lounge and guesthouse.
The model house is located in Pungdeokcheon-dong, Suji-gu, Yongin, near the project site, and move-in is scheduled for February 2029.
