The social welfare foundation Ddaddeuthan Donghaeng announced on the 29th that, together with HanmiGlobal, a company specializing in construction project management (PM), it has improved facilities for people with disabilities and reached the milestone of supporting 2,000 households through its space welfare support project.

The 2,000th beneficiary, the Gangdong Green Narae Welfare Center, a vocational rehabilitation facility for people with disabilities in Gangdong-gu, Seoul, operates a variety of community rehabilitation programs for people with disabilities. Ddaddeuthan Donghaeng carried out customized space improvements tailored to the needs of people with disabilities, completely renovating the floor, walls, and ceiling of the welfare center's underground parking lot to create a brighter and safer environment. The aging floor of the main entrance was also renovated to enhance accessibility. In addition, the sports facility exclusively for people with developmental disabilities was improved to increase convenience, and bumper rails were installed on the walls of the sheltered workshop so that workers with disabilities can focus on vocational training in a safe environment.
