Venture Business Association Facilitates Recruitment of 3,587 Talents This Year

Recruitment and Training Numbers Rise Year-on-Year
Customized Talent Matching for 315 Companies Through HR Bridge

The Venture Business Association announced on the 29th that it has facilitated the recruitment of a total of 3,587 talents for venture companies and promising youth job-creating enterprises this year, and provided training for 956 new and current employees. Compared to the previous year, the number of recruits linked to employment increased by 78%, and the number of trainees rose by 57%.

The association has focused on substantially alleviating the difficulties venture companies face in securing talent by providing integrated support for talent development and recruitment linkage, covering both entry-level and experienced positions. In particular, it operates the HR Bridge service, in which professional HR managers directly identify and recommend candidates highly suited to specific job roles at venture companies. Through this service, 397 suitable candidates were matched with 315 companies.

To support the recruitment of core talents in artificial intelligence (AI) and software (SW), the association also signed a strategic memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Goorm, a specialized education institution. By adding Goorm's educational and platform capabilities to the existing eight partner training institutions, including Multicampus, LikeLion, and Team Sparta, the association plans to further enhance the quality of its talent support programs in 2026.
