Kim Taejin, a member of the Gwangju Seo-gu Council, recently received the "Korea Local Legislative Service Award" at the Gwangju Metropolitan City Autonomous District Council Chairpersons Association meeting.
The "Korea Local Legislative Service Award" is given to members of autonomous district councils in recognition of their contributions to the development of local legislatures and communities, as well as their dedicated volunteer work for local residents.
Assemblyman Kim was honored with this award in recognition of his outstanding commitment to community-oriented legislative activities at the grassroots level and his effective policy proposals, faithfully fulfilling the roles and responsibilities of a local council member.
Assemblyman Kim stated, "I believe this legislative service award is not just a personal achievement, but the result of working together with the residents. I will continue to listen to voices in the field and remain by the side of the community, upholding the values of local autonomy through responsible legislative activities."
