Hapcheon County Holds Proactive Administration Training for Public Officials

Hapcheon County in South Gyeongsang Province held the "2025 Proactive Administration Training" for all employees on December 23 at the main auditorium on the third floor of the Hapcheon County Comprehensive Social Welfare Center.

This training was organized under the theme of spreading a culture of proactive administration through interdepartmental communication and collaboration, enabling employees to better understand proactive administration and apply it in their daily work.

The training was conducted by inviting Jeong Seungho, an outstanding instructor in proactive administration. The session covered the basic concepts and necessity of proactive administration, emphasized the importance of interdepartmental cooperation and communication methods, and focused on various real-life cases encountered in administrative practice.

Kim Yooncheol, Mayor of Hapcheon County, stated, "Through this training, I hope employees will once again recognize the importance of communication and collaboration, and that proactive administration will become part of our organizational culture."
