DL Construction Wins 134.2 Billion Won Public Housing Project in Uijeongbu Legal Town

A Total of 544 Units Across 8 Buildings

DL Construction announced on December 23 that it has won the contract for Section 2 of the apartment construction project in the S3 block of Uijeongbu Legal Town, Gyeonggi Province.

This project involves developing a site of approximately 78,000 square meters in Gosan-dong, Uijeongbu, to build eight apartment buildings with two basement levels and up to 25 above-ground floors, comprising a total of 544 residential units and various community facilities.

The project was commissioned by the Public Procurement Service, with Korea Land & Housing Corporation (LH) as the client, and is a public sale apartment construction project carried out under the comprehensive evaluation bidding system.

Construction is scheduled to begin at the end of next year, with completion targeted for the end of October 2029. The project value is 134.2 billion won.

The apartment complex will consist of 412 units with a floor area of 59 square meters and 132 units with a floor area of 81 square meters.

A representative from DL Construction stated, "Winning the contract for the Uijeongbu Legal Town apartment construction project is a recognition of our technical capabilities and reliability. We will deliver high-quality public housing in return for this trust."
