From the afternoon, temperatures are expected to be slightly above the seasonal average, easing the cold somewhat. However, rain is expected in most areas nationwide.
The expected precipitation is 5 to 10 millimeters for Seoul, Incheon, Gyeonggi Province, the five West Sea islands, and the inland and mountainous areas of Gangwon Province and North Chungcheong Province. Daejeon, Sejong, South Chungcheong Province, Gwangju, South Jeolla Province, North Jeolla Province, Busan, Ulsan, South Gyeongsang Province, Daegu, North Gyeongsang Province, and Jeju Island are expected to receive 5 to 20 millimeters.
The expected snowfall is less than 1 centimeter in northeastern Gyeonggi Province, 1 to 5 centimeters in the central and northern mountainous areas of Gangwon Province, and around 1 centimeter in the central and northern inland areas of Gangwon Province.
Wave heights at sea are expected to be 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the East Sea and 0.5 to 1.0 meters in the West Sea and South Sea.
