Plan International Korea, an international relief and development NGO (hereafter referred to as Plan), and food creator Zionseo visited the children's welfare facility "Eunbit Village" to celebrate the end of the year. Together with the children, they cooked meals, played games, and exchanged gifts, sharing the warmth of the holiday season.
This visit was organized to provide the children with special memories and emotional support during the year-end season. Around 10 volunteers, including Zionseo, participated in the event. Among the volunteers was a restaurant owner who personally prepared and cooked meals for the children, making it a meaningful occasion to share a heartfelt meal together.
After enjoying a meal with the children on site, various games and recreational activities were held. Zionseo and the volunteers handed out gifts they had prepared themselves, further enhancing the festive year-end atmosphere. The children spent a lively and joyful time through the combination of cooking, games, and gift-giving.
Zionseo shared, "In the process of making and sharing food with the children, I actually received even more energy from them," and added, "Although it was a short time, I hope it remains a warm memory for the children." Zionseo also expressed a desire to continue participating in meaningful activities for children together with Plan in the future.
A representative from Plan stated, "The end of the year is a time when children need emotional stability and attention even more," and added, "It was meaningful to be able to give children enjoyable experiences and warm memories through collaboration with creators like Zionseo, who have a positive influence." The representative also said, "We plan to continue activities that promote the healthy growth and rights of children through various programs and partnerships in the future."
