Shinhan Investment Corp. announced on December 22 that its investment platform app, "Shinhan SOL Securities" MTS, has received the Financial Services Innovation Grand Prize at the "Smart App Awards 2025."
The Smart App Awards, organized by the Korea Internet Professionals Association (KIPFA), is a mobile service evaluation in which a panel of around 4,000 expert judges comprehensively reviews design, technology, content, and service to select outstanding services. This year, the "Shinhan SOL Securities" MTS was highly praised for significantly improving investment accessibility and user convenience through a revamped home screen.
Shinhan Investment Corp. enhanced the overall user experience by identifying investor inconveniences through analysis of Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback, customer interviews, and screen usage data. Based on these insights, the company strengthened timing-related content, minimized navigation steps, improved app speed and responsiveness, and reorganized the UI with a focus on readability. The company especially highlighted the introduction of its artificial intelligence (AI)-based personalized investment service, "AI PB," which has further advanced the individual investment experience. "AI PB" provides customized information based on users' interests and holdings, expanding the private banking service experience-previously available mainly to high-net-worth individuals-to general investors through AI technology.

Meanwhile, to celebrate the award, Shinhan Investment Corp. is holding an Instagram comment event and a commemorative appreciation event for the Smart App Awards. By leaving a congratulatory comment on the relevant post on the official Instagram account, ten winners will be selected by lottery to receive Starbucks Americano coupons.
The commemorative appreciation event for the Smart App Awards is being held on the Shinhan SOL Securities MTS app starting from December 18. Customers can participate by selecting the correct answer to a quiz on the event page, and anyone using the Shinhan SOL Securities MTS app is eligible to apply.
