Hanmi Group’s social contribution activities are centered around its proprietary employee volunteer platform, ‘Han-La-Bong’ (Hanmi Family’s Lifestyle-Tailored Volunteer Activities), which is fostering a culture of voluntary participation.
‘Han-La-Bong’ is Hanmi’s unique CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) platform, designed to allow employees to actively choose volunteer activities based on their work schedules and personal interests. Rather than focusing on one-off support, the platform offers a variety of programs-such as weekday volunteering, talent donations, and family participation activities-enabling employees to engage continuously with social issues and contribute to meaningful social impact.
Each year, Hanmi Group selects outstanding volunteers among employees who have actively participated in social contribution activities, encouraging the spread of a sharing culture within the company. This year, a total of 10 employees were recognized as award recipients.
