On December 19, at the "2025 Fair Trade Compliance Program (CP) Excellent Company Grade Evaluation Certificate Award Ceremony" held at the Korean Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Jung-gu, Seoul, Hyundai Transys announced on the 22nd that it had received an AA grade (Excellent Company). This marks an upgrade from last year’s A grade.

The Fair Trade Compliance Program (CP) is a system introduced by the Fair Trade Commission in 2001 to enhance corporate awareness of legal compliance and ethical management, prevent legal violations in advance, and promote a culture of voluntary fair trade compliance.

To comply with fair trade-related laws and regulations, Hyundai Transys operates a Compliance Council, continuously sharing relevant issues and conducting activities to prevent legal violations.

Since declaring its commitment to compliance management in 2019, Hyundai Transys has successively obtained ISO 37001 (Anti-Bribery Management System) certification in 2021 and ISO 37301 (Compliance Management System) certification in 2023, establishing a global-level compliance framework. This year, the company has continued practical improvement activities, such as checking employees’ compliance activities through a quarterly fair trade monitoring system and providing customized training and guidelines based on awareness survey results.

Baek Cheol-seung, CEO of Hyundai Transys, has demonstrated a strong commitment to compliance management, consistently working to internalize a culture of voluntary compliance among employees through initiatives such as CEO messages on compliance and ethical management and the provision of fair trade educational videos.

Jo Dong-ki, Head of Planning at Hyundai Transys, stated, "Achieving the AA grade is the result of a fair trade compliance culture created by all employees together," and added, "We will further strengthen our global competitiveness through systematic and transparent compliance management."
